CSS and ILEAP would like to annouce the formation of the Immigrant Victims Representation Projest (IVRP). IVRP will deal specifically with immigrant victims of crime, domestic violence and with unaccompanied minors.  It is a new program that was just funded this September by Mass Bar Foundation.
