Every year, CSS runs a program that services approximately 1100 low income families with clothing and toys for Christmas. Beginning on early October, we take applications, and run the Giving Tree program for the Diocese of Fall River, collect clothing and toys, and then with an army of volunteers, organize, wrap, and assemble gift baskets. Baskets are then distributed to our Fall River, New Bedford, and Hyannis Office for clients to pick up.

It is quite the undertaking, and would be impossible without the 100's of volunteers. If you would like to volunteer for this programs, please see our volunteer page.

We will be taking application for the 2011 Gift of Giving Program beginning October 11th and ending November 9th or when we have reached our application limit.  The times to apply at all our offices, will be Monday – Thursday 9:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:30 in the afternoon, Tuesday’s will be 9:30-11:30am and 2:00-5:30.

This year because of how popular this program has become, there will be a cap on applications, so apply early.
