To receive a First Time Homebuyer Counseling Certificate you must attend all three nights. Topics will include: the Homebuying Process, Mortgages, City Programs, Home Inspections, the job of the Realtor, Lead Paint, Credit Reports, Insurance, Budgeting, and Legal issue.
