St. Clare's provides sober transtional housing for women who are coming out of incarceration. It provides dorm style single occupancy living with shared common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms in Hyannis, MA. It is partly subsidized through Bristol and Barnstable County Sheriff's Department. Each client is responsible for the day to day running of the home. Clients in the program are provided supportive services that will enable those with a history of incarceration or other barriers to achieve long-term sustainability on their own. Working with our other services, we address you and your needs from your physical and mental health, your financial stability, reuniting with your families, and what ever else you may need. It is also staffed 24 hours a day. St. Clare's is a 24 month program.
