The Immigration Department at Catholic Charities provides representation and consultations to people held in local immigrant detention centers and their families. If we are unable to take a case, we make every effort to refer people to other trusted attorneys in the area who may be able to help in this difficult time.
If your loved one was recently detained, use ICE’s Online Detainee Locator System to find out where they are. Use the Immigration Court’s Online Automated System to find out when their next hearing will be and where.
The following list identifies local correctional facilities where ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) may house immigrant detainees.
